At American Express E-Bikes, we want you to ride with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your e-bike or accessories within 30 days of delivery in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Shipment

  Carefully repackage the e-bike in its original factory box with all chargers, keys, and manuals included to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Affix the provided shipping label to the box and schedule a freight pickup or drop the package off at an authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
